Kipi Suites

Wonderfully restful, quiet and quaint location while still comfortable. Stayed here 2 days spending time on small hikes and seeing the many historical stone bridges. Bathroom layout was a bit odd and dated but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Breakfast was to die for!! And our hotel host Spiros was so helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed eating lunch or dinner just a short drive down the mountain in the town restaurant frequented by locals. My wife and I are glad we stopped by here on our travels through Greece.

Fantastic. Romantic, comfortable, pet friendly, appropriately decorated suits. We stayed here in the middle of summer with 42 degrees outside but the rooms are cool and calm.

I recently stayed at Kipi Suites Hotel and was extremely disappointed by the experience, primarily due to misleading descriptions on your website, Booking.com, and Hotels.com. The advertised amenities did not match reality, and I feel I was misled into booking a stay that I would have otherwise avoided. Key Issues: Nonexistent Bar & Restaurant: Your listing states that a bar and restaurant are available on-site. However, the only option was the in-room mini bar, forcing us to drive to the village daily for meals - a significant inconvenience. Subpar Housekeeping: The daily housekeeping service did not make the bed, straighten lounge cushions, or clean thoroughly. The bathroom sink was dirty upon arrival, and I even found a used makeup brush from a previous guest (see attached image of my bed after cleaning). False Claims About Amenities: Your listing mentions a library, whiskey bar, and wine area, none of which existed during my stay. Lack of Basic Amenities: There were no essentials such as a universal adapter, which is a basic expectation for international guests. Misrepresentation of Dining Options: You claim that “a rich breakfast and light meals are served in the guesthouse’s restaurant,” yet only breakfast was available. There were no light meal options as advertised. Had I known we would be confined to our rooms with no on-site amenities, I would have never chosen this location for my stay. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I believe it was unfair to be misled in this way.
