Kismet Cave Mansion

Me and my wife came from Jakarta Indonesia. We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed, event we can get early check-in since we arrived around 9am. The Honeymoon Suite room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a couple might need—jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. The location was ideal—close to air ballon, local attractions and family-friendly breakfast restaurants run by friendly Mr. Kismet and his lovely wife. Mr. Kismet himself help us a lot, such as looking for rental scooter and understand the location around here. Highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a stress-free, enjoyable vacation.

I spent a long time reading reviews when trying do decide where to stay in Cappadocia, and ended up choosing Kismet house because many people had commented about the kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness of the family who runs it. It's hard to state how big a difference that made for me on my trip. They truly welcomed me like a family member, even inviting me to a special dinner (they normally only serve breakfast) in the dining room upstairs. My room (Cave room, 104) was exceptionally comfortable and clean, and surprisingly big and had both a jacuzzi bathtub and a huge shower (and heated floors?!?!). The location is excellent, right downtown, a short walk down a side street so it's very central, but also very quiet. The rooftop has many terraces with incredible views, especially good for watching the balloons fly directly overhead at sunrise. The breakfast (served daily) was a huge treat, everything was abundant and beyond delicious and many of the items (jams, dried fruits, yogurt...) were either home made or sourced from the family's farm (they even gave me fresh milk from their cow, which was incredible). Yusuf (a son) was happy to book my tours (Red & Green) and made everything very easy. Faruq (the father, apologies if I'm spelling the names wrong) was incredibly kind and generous and knowledgeable. I will never forget my stay at Kismet Cave House/Mansion, nor the family who made my visit perfect and unforgettable.

What a nice experience in this hotel, the staff is the best and the rooms are awesome. Wonderful location and excellent terrace where you can enjoy the air balloons every morning. 100% recommended. And the breakfast is so yummy!!!
