Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a strategic location, making it easy to explore the area. The service was top-notch, and the room was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place to others!
Date of stay - 17 - 20 Jan 2025 A wonderful hotel to have fun. Stay, spa, bar, music all in one place. The spa in the 2nd floor and the night club in the ground floor gives you enough to spend few days here. Friendly staff and reasonable cost. On the downside, the hotel and rooms are little old, some renovation is needed. Inside the room, usual facilities are there - coffee making stuff, toiletries, water, proper housekeeping etc. No problem there. AC and water heater in the shower show age and were struggling. Overall a nice place if you go with friends or spouse - for a fun stay. If you are looking for a relaxed quiet vacation or family trip with kids, this is not the place. Will I visit them again? Of course, I would love to.
This is the N time visiting to Hatyai. During this Malaysia Independent Day, I am my friend come to visiting this city. The hotel location quite convenient as surroundings with restaurants and small sundry shops. The reception service is good and the room is clean. Air-conditioning working well and felt comfortable. At the ground floor that have a musical hall come enjoy and relax.
