From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless, this place truly sets a new standard. The entire property is spotless, the design is stunning, and everything feels thoughtfully curated. The restaurant is phenomenal, both in taste and atmosphere. If you appreciate fine dining and personalized service, you will be in heaven here. Special thanks to Panos from the restaurant, whose kindness and professionalism made every meal a pleasure. Manager Aris runs this place with true passion and it shows in every corner. The Front Desk team Maria and Apostilia, were simply amazing: welcoming, warm, and always one step ahead. Whether it was organizing drivers, restaurant reservations, or local activities, everything was handled immediately and with a smile. No request was too small. If you value luxury, exceptional cleanliness, and top-tier service, Kivotos is the place to be. A true gem that’s hard to beat, I will definitely be back!

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on us daily via WhatsApp. The room was spotless, except for a minor insect incident, which I assumed was common in warm climates. However, the staff’s prompt response mitigated any inconvenience. We chose for the signature suite, which offered the utmost privacy compared to the other rooms. The sunsets and the view over the Caldera are beautiful. The location is truly convenient, with Fira just a 30-minute walk away and Oia accessible by car in 15 minutes.
