Young couple visited from the UK in July 2025. Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. The staff genuinely cannot do enough for you, from the reception staff to the rooftop bar to the adjoining restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean and come with all the usual amenities. One of the things we also loved was the ‘convenience room’ where you can access water, coffee, fresh fruit and cookies all at no extra charge! Another of our favourite parts was the rooftop bar, its incredible - fabulous views of the Empire State Building and great cocktails. All in all a wonderful stay, would highly recommend to all and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks in particular to Rodney, Eddie, Joey and Floyd - you guys were incredible!

Great hotel in excellent location. Seconds to subway (orange and yellow lines). The room was perfectly sized and in great condition. Sheets, towels and bathroom were very clean. Everything was operational and easy to use. The interior design felt modern and classic and the same time. The staff was attentive and accommodating and always with a smile.

Room was clean, quiet, and more spacious than I was expecting. Bathroom was also very clean. Water pressure was amazing and the body wash provided by the hotel was great. Great location. Great staff, always welcoming at the door and more than happy to help with bags, directions, taxi, or questions. Other guests were super nice. Overall great experience and atmosphere. We will definitely stay again!
