Rooms were nice and clean with a great view of the castle. 10-15min walk to the subway station, but there's a small shuttle bus that drives to the station often. Staff was nice and you can take some free amenities such as a toothbrush.

This is my 2nd time in Osaka, 3rd time in Japan…and I just discovered this hotel by chance when researching the area. I think this hotel is a hidden gem, especially with Osaka Castle Views hotel rooms! You can enjoy the 5-star view without the 5-star price tag (2 people for 1 night is approx. ¥36,112 or £175) They also have friendly, English-speaking concierge for a fantastic stay. Maybe because it's a 3-star hotel, there was no bellboy to help our luggages to our room, but they do have a trolley that you can borrow.

KKR Osaka- not happy with my visit. Credenza was very dirty with hair, dried up tea or drink. Hair, on credenza I had to clean off myself with wet wipes. Bed only comes with one pillow. They do not provide coffee, creamer, sugar. Only tea bags. Not kind at front guest, maybe because I am English. TV will not go louder than certain volume so hard to hear. Only 1 trash can in room. No trash can in bathroom. Overall my least favorite hotel out of my stay in Japan of 4 hotels so far. Worst part was front desk told me to go to Konbini to buy extra pillow and coffee. Laughable. Poor customer service for a brand I think is US owned under the Sheraton and Marriott brands.- Japanese owned is way better. This hotel is definitely trying to be cheap and cut corners. Typical US stingy business type of thing to do.
