Everything you need is there, no need to pack towels (lady's hair dryer) everything supplied down to a corkscrew, washing machines and dryers. So no need to to worry about wieght and pack for everyday just throw in the bare min in your case and have a fab holiday. Villa's are clean and so comfortable.
Parking issues if you have more than 2 vehicles, homes are nice & well kept. Door access code was an issue during my stay.
The accommodations were a bit outdated. The downstairs master bedroom had exposed nails where the carpet met the tile. I was charged $183 to replace four stained blankets, a bit hefty, but hopefully the money is used to help spruce the room up a bit and fix the exposed nails. The TVs were super small in the upstairs bedrooms but most people don't watch a lot of TV on vacation anyway
