I always stay in this Hotel when I travel to São Leopoldo for work. The team of this Hotel is very professional and friendly, the rooms are very nice and clean, like standard confortable Hotels worldwide. Food is also very good, and price is very fair. I have no doubt to say that this is the best Hotel in São Leopoldo. The location is also prime, close to the shopping mall and restaurants. I give 5 starts.
The location is very useful because is near to the city center. All facilities in the hotel are excellent. Comfortable rooms, swimming pool and gym area are available. I kindly recommend.
Horrible management! Never had so much headache in a hotel like this one! The bed is quite comfy and the cleaning is not that good. Breakfast is great and the guys who take care of the night shift are good! But then you have the day receptionist who were so rude and had no knowledge with her job, she had to call the head of the management who also were rude and mean towards my family. I will never come back to this hotel and If I was the owner, I would check their own management in site. Horrible! Do not waist your money here.
