We had an amazing time at the restaurant. Amanda took amazing care of us and multiple tables. We will definitely be back! Amazing food and service!

Had supper with my family at 170725. The people were great and the food was honestly really good. However, the prep time was insanely long — the wait from placing our order to receiving the food was just too much. We ended up asking for takeaway for every meal. They definitely need to step up their service when it comes to prepping and serving meals more efficiently. The experience would’ve been perfect if the wait wasn’t so frustrating.

We have been supporting Kleinkaap for the past 4 yrs, got married there , had 80th bday brunches. But tonight was simply not up to standard. Service was poor, no cutlery at the table, uncleared tables, the chair pillows have seen better days. Table next to us received the complimentary bread .. we got none. Ordered the Camenbert for 2 starter .. arrived cold, one slice of cold toast, no offer for side plates, no waiter in sight. We ended up calling for the bill before we could order the wine; and went to Turn n Tender and had the most amazing meal. Kleinkaap .. no apology offered, no replacement offered, the chef was nowhere to be seen. Won't be back soon.Very sad indeed. Must say for the limited menu offering and the asking price, one would expect top quality food, service and attention.
