Kleopatra Atlas Hotel All Inclusive Adults Only

Staff members are very kind and funny people. Food was much better than expected. Fresh, big variety, tasty. Good rooms and excellent room service. We came in the end of April so there were some noises from construction works around but I believe that’s unavoidable in this time of the year.

All the staff were nice except for Menduh, who worked at the reception on the first day we checked in – it was a really unpleasant experience. He was rude and gave the impression of treating us without respect. The hotel should really review who they hire at the reception, as it is the guest’s first impression of the hotel – and everything starts and ends there. The rest of the staff, on the other hand, were very service-oriented, especially Natalia and Busra at the reception. They really made our stay much better and I would like to thank them for their kindness and professionalism. The location of the hotel is also good – it is close to everything. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the food was tasty with plenty of choice.

I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was not an experience I would want to repeat. The room was very small, with barely enough space to move around. In the bathroom, water would spill everywhere when using the shower, leaving the entire floor wet. Although the hotel is adults-only, it's hard to get any rest — you can hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway, as if it were inside the room. The view from the window offered no privacy; as soon as you open it, you're either facing other guests or the pool area. As for the food, it was quite repetitive, with the same options of chicken, turkey, and lamb at almost every meal. Nothing really stood out or offered variety. The only positive aspect was the cleanliness of the room, which was impeccable.
