Kleopatra Dreams Beach Hotel

We spent a truly wonderful holiday at the Kleopatra Dream Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service and the staff’s attitude – everyone was very friendly, helpful, and attentive, both in the hotel itself and on the beach. We really felt welcome. The rooms were beautifully furnished, modern, and very well equipped. Everything was perfectly cleaned every day, which added to the overall comfort. The food was excellent – a varied selection, fresh ingredients, and deliciously prepared dishes. There was something for everyone. Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel. Great location, high-quality services, and a pleasant atmosphere – an ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

There is just one word for this hotel. Amazing! Ok the pool could be a bit bigger and with some more sun beds since they all are occupied at 9.30 latest. The food is very good and fresh. A lot of choices every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffes. Dinner nights with different themes. There is also a BBQ outside during dinner time. Mostly with different kind of grilled chicken. I.e. chicken gyros/döner. The snack bar is open 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm and has hamburgers, fries, pizzas, chicken (nuggets and schnitzel) etc. And one special dish every day (ie parmesan pasta, chicken tortilla etc). Bar is open from 10 am to 11 pm and has real Coca cola, Fanta and Sprite. The beer included in all inclusive is Tuborg tap beer which is good. There is an ice cream bar included in all inclusive, also with many different pastries. The facilities and rooms are extremely nice and newly renovated. The pool is very clean and also seem to be cooled since it keeps around 26 degrees Celsius when it's 35 in the air. So nice! All staff is very friendly and professional. We are not beach people, but the beach is very nice. Although the first two meters in the water are sand. The next three meters are rock bottom which is uneven and slippery. This applies to most of Kleopatra beach except for some small parts. But we just love the cool pool at the hotel!

They set in system to overbook and not give the correct rooms on arrival. We had booked a 2 bedroom room. We got it two days later and the only compensation we got was free sunbeds and parasols at the beach. You get almost no information on where or what you can find rooms or times for food etc. There are no allergy signs at the buffet so its a gambel each day to figure out what is safe or not.
