Kleopatra Life Hotel & SPA

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is perfectly located in the center, close to all the main attractions. The food is truly amazing — so tasty and with plenty of choices — and everything is spotless and well kept. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind, always ready to help and make us feel at home. We’ve stayed here multiple times and we’ll certainly come back again in the future!

🇬🇧 Review of Cleopatra Life Hotel, Alanya We stayed at Cleopatra Life Hotel for our holiday and overall, we were satisfied. ✅ What we liked: • Nice, clean rooms, cleaned regularly. The housekeeper even left a rose petal decoration on the bed one day, which was a lovely touch. • Air conditioning and TV worked perfectly, with Czech and German channels available. • Beautiful balcony with a sea view. • Tasty and varied food, plenty of options for everyone. The chef and staff were kind and helpful. • Reception is a big plus — staff speak Russian, so it’s easy to communicate even if you’re from Slovakia, Czechia, or Poland. • Great location — close to the beach and to the city center. ❌ What could be improved: • Dinner is until 9 PM, but they start clearing the buffet already around 8:10. • The pool is open only until 6 PM, which is a pity because it’s still warm in the evenings. • Music at the bar is too slow and sleepy. • Very thin walls, especially in the bathroom — you can hear everything. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work in our room, so we had to keep the balcony door open. • Only two small bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival — could be more. • Wi-Fi costs €2 per day per device (free only in the lobby), which adds up for two people. • The safe is also paid, and our friend had it blocked by mistake. • The wellness area is not included — sauna costs about €15 per 30 minutes. • The gym is free, but very outdated, no proper ventilation, and lacks basic equipment like a bench press. Overall impression: A nice hotel in a great location for a good price. The staff and food were lovely, but a few details could be improved to make the stay even better. Still, we recommend the hotel. ⭐ Rating: 7.5/10

This has been the worst experience ever. The staff is really rude and it is horrible service. The hotel is overpriced compared to the quality. We paid almost 1.300 EUR pr person and we found hair in the food 2 times so far, toilets that are really dirty and not cleaned, they have accused us of not paying for 2 ice creams twice, when we already have paid for it, they complained to us because there was menstruation on their towels, our bath broke inside the room so it was really dangerous to walk there because we could get hurt, and they came 2 hours after to clean it and told us we could take a bath in the pool because they didn’t want to give us a new room even though we paid for upgrading it. This is the most disgusting hotel, the worst staff ever and I do not recommend this hotel to ANY!
