Kleopatra Royal Palm Hotel All Inclusive

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff – I felt genuinely welcome. The food was excellent – varied, fresh, and always available, which was a pleasant surprise as I can be quite particular about meals. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to come back!

Sorry but This is not 4star hotel. Definitely not for family. I will give 1 star. Food wase ok but mostly 4main dishes not much to chose. And we bought All in. Not one cocktail at bar. Whery disappointed. On arrival we wase separated becose no room available. Who does that.

We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we suffered from food poisoning and had to spend three days in the hospital. During that time, no one from the hotel staff reached out to check on us or offer any assistance. The only concern they showed was whether we had travel insurance. The hotel had a persistent unpleasant smell, and the rooms were poorly soundproofed — we could hear everything, including loud housekeeping staff who talked and laughed early in the mornings. They also smoked in the stairwell, which caused smoke to enter the rooms. Additionally, Wi-Fi in the room was not included and had to be paid for separately, which we found disappointing. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning
