What a fabulous hotel. My sister and I stay for only 1 night on 21/06/2025. The staff are so kind and helped me find a store to buy some specific shoes I was looking for for some friends. Also they arranged early airport transportation for me and also for my sister later on in the day. The location is close to some amazing restaurants and bars. I had forgotten how cool a place Athens is, especially this neighbourhood. Thank you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We had a cruise out of Athens, and decided to book this hotel for 2 nights prior to our cruise. We had prepaid for the rooms. Unfortunately, we had an emergency that prevented us from traveling. We contacted the hotel to see about a refund, and they informed us that they would be willing to move our reservations to another day. We provided them with the new dates for our stay but they came back and changed their mind and refuse to now refund our money. It was a situation that was out of our control. The cruise line (Virgin Voyages) was very understanding and refunded our cruise yet this hotel could care less. What's worse is that they originally said that based on our situation they would move our reservation to a new day but then completely changed their mind.

Unfortunately, I feel very disappointed by the experience. We arrived for a vacation with small children, and throughout the night, up to 3:15 am, we endured loud noise and ear-splitting music from the bar downstairs. This is simply not suitable for a restful night. On the surface everything seemed pleasant, good service and hospitality, a spacious room, and then at night we got the truth. I also feel that it is outrageous to demand any price for such a place with an experience as this. especially when it impacts the quality of sleep. With kids!! Thank you no thank you.
