Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It was not too far from the city centre, only 1 bus and a metro. The rooms were absolutely amazing. The beds were so comfortable, good enough wardrobe space, nice tv, beautiful bathroom. the room got cleaned duality so we always had new towels and tea bag’s and coffee. The breakfast was pretty nice too. The gym was small but it did the job for a few nights and the actual hotel building was so beautiful. Most of the staff were pretty nice. Overall would definitely recommend, it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I stayed at the Klima Hotel Milano Fiere during my visit to Milan, and the overall stay was "nice," but with details worthy of a meal. The hotel, in general, is not particularly different; the upgrades were acceptable and covered basic needs. However, given its location, access is a bit of a highway journey to get to know the island's seclusion. There aren't many antibiotics or services nearby, making it an unsuitable choice for those exploring the city easily. The room I received was spacious, but its appearance seemed to have been created by a disjointed group. The furnishings and closets needed updating, while the bathroom was a new start and well restored. The corridors and public areas of the hotel showed some signs of age, suggesting that the hotel had undergone an older and partially renovated renovation. Conclusion: The Klima Hotel Milano Fiere is a reasonable option if you're looking for a hotel away from the hustle and bustle of central Milan, especially if you need proximity to the Fiera Milano. But don't expect a completely luxurious experience, as the hotel is somewhere between old and new, with average quality and amenities.

The room was nice and very clean – housekeeping did an amazing job. The only small issue was that they forgot to top up the shampoo and hand wash, but this was immediately fixed as soon as we reported it. The breakfast was amazing – fresh, tasty food, served quietly and calmly, which made for a lovely start to the day. The staff overall were friendly and looked after guests well. However, when we arrived (and again the next morning), the lady at reception wasn’t very welcoming. Not everyone has to smile all the time, but it did make the arrival feel a little less warm. When we asked the same lady at reception where the bus stop was, she just pointed at the map and said: “Behind you, it’s the map. The bus is on your right, then you go on the left.” It was a little confusing, and we had to figure it out ourselves. The location is far from the city centre. There is a bus, but it’s about a 20-minute walk to the stop, and then you need to take the Metro into Milan ( City centre) Another issue was the taxi charges. We booked two taxis through reception and were charged €38 each time. When we got into those taxis, the meter was already showing €15 before we even started moving. When we asked the drivers why the fare was so high, they explained it was because the booking came through the hotel. When we arranged taxis ourselves (three times from Milan back to the hotel), we only paid €25, with the taxi meter starting normally – so the hotel-arranged taxis felt unnecessarily expensive. Overall, the room and breakfast were excellent, and most of the staff were very nice – but the reception experience, confusing bus stop directions, and the overpriced hotel taxi bookings made things a bit less convenient.
