The hotel room is superb clean even for their desk, bathroom and floor. Thumb up to their housekeeping team here! Their night guard and Malay male staff are very helpful and friendly. They are always ready to help. This hotel provides good quality service and equipment. The material of facilities is considered in top grade. The garden view of family room is really soothing my mind. I like the row of tall pine trees. It is really a perfect stay here- calm and serene at night. Soundproof of the room is maintained well. And the price is affordable. Well done Kluang Container Hotel!
Had a great stay at Kluang Container Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The pool was a highlight — clean and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Would definitely come back again!
The room and facility is good. The only thing that me mad is you guys do not provide receipt for deposit payment. Its not funny getting up early to checkout and receptionist dude said to me ‘Encik tak bagi deposit kan? ‘ 😂
