I am truly impressed with the service at this hotel. From the moment I checked in until the end of my stay, everything was smooth, with staff and management who were not only professional but also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had an accident and hurt my leg, but the hotel staff immediately showed great care and attention. The management responded quickly, provided assistance without hesitation, and even offered some thoughtful compliments that really made me feel appreciated as a guest. It’s rare to find a hotel with such excellent service. The management is responsive, the staff genuinely care, and they managed to make me feel comfortable even though I wasn’t in the best condition. On top of that, the hotel provides many fun activities and play areas for children, which makes it a perfect place for families. My child truly enjoyed the variety of games and entertainment available Truly the best hotel service I have ever experienced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, outstanding service, and professional management.

The best 40k idr spent ever, you can enjoy swimming pool, jacuzy, suana and steam room plus if you want massage you have to pay extra for it but i think its worth it. Its the best place for family and kids and even for adults to just relax and swim.

The hotel staff was great, was nice.. but the staff at the theme parks was so bad, very bad actually.. how come you provides a play ground (climbing and something like that) but no ground staff help the children, must the parents ( i know its also responsible for parents) but you need also give the staff to help the children right? And we pay for this playground not free. Oh come on please more improve, if you cant do that just dont make any facilities like this
