Kmm Hotel

This is a good hotel with very high level service, located close to the bazaar and the old city. The location is very attractive and touristy, the hotel has standard and large rooms, but the food in the morning is basic and not the most satisfying. In short, recommended for those who come mainly to travel in Tbilisi.

Had stayed twice in April during my trip to Georgia. The hotel is in the prime location overlooking Old Town Tbilisi and everything is within walking distance. They have 2 wings and Wing B has room with good city view. The rooms are small( expected from boutique hotel in city centre) but clean. Decent breakfast spread with vegetarian option available Friendly staff There was issues with heating during our stay. We were provided with extra blankets to stay warm.

I stayed at KMM hotel, building B beginning of June 2025. A pleasant stay, the room is spacy, clean and peaceful. I stayed on 1st floor which is semi basement, had a nice veranda with table and chairs to sit, a kind of step separating it from next rooms. Reception was very efficient and effective, although we arrived early morning. Digital signaling for cleaning and do not disturb as well as for notifying the door is left open or has opened. Very close to the center of the city, easy access to metro station Avlabari. Breakfast with variery, would like to see an addition of local delicacies. Would definitely recommend!
