Very friendly staffs. I asked for a knife replacement as the existing one was blunt I got them delivered in less than an hour. The staffs are always with smile. For any weather for everyone there is something to do and have fun. Wonderful location and well maintained area. Nice swimming pool and nature friendly place. Nice options for campers and family too.

Everything is in great shape and there is lots to do even on rainy fall days. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in a log cabin for five nights in June. The cabins are situated at the edge of the campsite --basic but attractive with a covered terrace table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the views. Even though we do speak a little German check in and out were hard work. On arrival and departure you have to read the electricity meter situated behind the panel at the back of the wardrobe in the children's bed room. We had a voucher from our booking agent which has to be shown both on arrival and departure. The shop on the campsite is good for essentials and we found the restaurant good value with friendly staff (Shop only open morning and evening in June) A note if you are self catering --Most shops close at lunch time Saturday and re open Monday There were two religious holidays while we were in Bavaria in June All shops closed but restaurants open. There are good walks around the campsite You can walk to both Austria Easy and the Czeck Republic Hard work No children with us but the play areas near the lake looked great Passau about 40 minutes away beautiful old town
