Knight Armour Hotel

Knight Armour Hotel is located in a prime and peaceful area, making it a great choice for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff and trolley boy were extremely polite and welcoming, showing great hospitality from the moment we arrived. The rooms were neat and clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. The lobby was well-maintained and organised, adding to the overall positive impression. I had a minor issue with extending my booking by a day, but the front desk lady Thiru handled it very professionally. The receptionist Thiru was especially helpful and courteous. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, good service, and a peaceful location.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. On the first day, there was a leak from the bathroom sink that needed immediate attention. The following day, a loud alarm kept going off in the room, which could only be silenced by turning the air conditioner on high—making the room uncomfortably cold at night. The bathtub was stained, and the room was infested with flies, which was extremely unhygienic. The food also left much to be desired. Breakfast was basic with very limited options, and dinner was repetitive and became monotonous. When the juice ran out, staff refused to replenish it. To make matters worse, hotel staff dined at the same time as guests, occupying most of the limited seating in the small dining area and consuming much of the food and drink, leaving little for paying guests. Staff were slow to clean the tables after guests had finished and often just used tissue to wipe the tables after guests which was pointless. I do NOT recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning on my next visit to Dubai

Worst ever hotel i have ever stay. We booked via makemytrip and booking was confirmed when we went to hotel they denied checkin. Many people were faced same issue. Greedy hotel management denied check in even for family those who coming with kids. Hotel dont pickup call. We lost our half of a day due this worst hotel. They accepting people by checking hotel booking price. Very bad experience and they spoiled every holiday moments. We stayed as group and due to this greedy hotel management one our room was shifted to other hotel by help of makemytrip. Very greedy reception staff
