Overall experience was excellent! We had a great stay – the food was good, and the service was commendable. A special thanks to Mr. Joel from the reception team for assisting us in a professional and courteous manner.
Dinah was very friendly and she always smile. SHE is amazing. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning ( just wished it has Filipino cuisine ) and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
It seems this hotel was once a luxury hotel in Dubai. Nowadays, although clean and with pretty areas, it feels old and some things are neglected, such as the carpets, bathroom fixtures, etc. It's very well located, with several supermarkets and the metro just steps away. The staff is very warm and friendly, always willing to help. The breakfast buffet is quite decent, but don't like the artificial juices.
