Knott's Hotel

We love this hotel.. We have stayed here over 5 times and never had a bad experience. In fact every time we go, we find another reason to love this hotel. Very close to the park, secure parking, smells amazing when you walk into the lobby and always greeted when we enter to check in and just going to and from our room. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are always very clean, comfortable beds, laid out very nicely like a family guest room. Clean elevators, clean and quiet hallways, and excellent and clean amenities like the pool and sauna. It's an amazing value for the quality and location of the hotel. We don't stay anywhere else no matter which park we visit. A very solid 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed recently, and overall the hotel itself is super nice. ✅ Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the pool area is amazing — a total highlight 💦☀️ ✅ The staff were phenomenal — friendly, helpful, and really made the experience feel special. Big props to the entire team! 🙌👏 BUT... ❌ The pricing model is frustrating. You only get park admission and perks on the first night. Still paying $300+ a night after that — with no additional benefits. If you booked each night separately, you’d get park access every day… so why not just offer that for multi-night stays?? 🤷‍♂️ Makes no sense. Overall, the hotel has great potential and delivers on comfort, pool vibes, and service. But for the price, they need to rethink how they handle multi-night stays and little guest experience details. Still a good spot, just be smart about how you book.

Location is great and hotel is good at best. Hotel service is terrible and rooms are back to back with no sound barrier. Beds are very uncomfortable. So long as you have a good neighbor it’s fine. We had a very strong pot smell for 3 days and then sewer back up through our sink one day. Management said it basically is what it is and gave me a very small discount. I’m not impressed. I gave them several chances to make it right too.
