Kobe Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers

A very modern, fancy and comfortable hotel in Kobe. The rooms were very clean and modern, provided with very comfortable beds and an abundance of pillows. The bathroom was also pretty bright, having no dirty signs inside. But the best thing was the food. The hotel provides you with almost everything you could want in the buffet, all meals very delicious and quality. I would like to come back. Sashimi was good.

Hotel is very dated, location is quiet but not close to many attractions. They do have a club lounge that was good. Breakfast was a nightmare; as titanium members we waited 20 minutes then were seated outside in the cold to which we immediately left. Observed several Japanese families before and after us were all seated inside. We’ve stayed at countless Sheraton properties that were fantastic but I can’t recommend this.

The extra duvet was infested with ticks, and after I took it, my entire body got itchy. I asked the hotel staff about it, and they said the duvet should be used above the regular duvet on the bed instead of using it directly on your body. It is basically gaslighting. She tried to convince me to believe that I was wrong. But who would guess that? We all believe hotel rooms are clean, especially in hotels like this. I spoke to the manager, Mr. Asahi, who said he had no idea when the duvet was washed. Can you imagine? There are so many guests from all over the world, and they don’t wash their duvet. How disgusting! FYI, there was no discount, no compensation, no nothing. Great service !! Haha
