I basically love the view of Kobe, and I could also see wonderful views from my room. I stayed for one night. I loved the hot springs and the food they served.

Nestled by Kobe Port, it offers stunning views of the beautiful Kobe harbor. During my four-day stay in Kobe, I found relaxation in a variety of hot springs and two types of saunas. I loved it so much that I visited the facility three times!
I was highly disappointed with my experience. The front desk service was unwelcoming and there was no guidance on where to go upon check-in. Despite arriving during off-peak hours, we were told that all rooms with views of Kobe Tower were fully booked. At 3 PM, one of our rooms was still not ready, even though check-out is at 10 AM—it's unclear why cleaning takes so long. The breakfast was extremely unappetizing; having enjoyed many great Japanese breakfasts before, I can say this one had no edible dishes. While the onsen was decent, the overall service and facilities did not meet expectations for the price. Additionally, there was noticeable preferential treatment towards locals over foreigners. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.
