This resort gave me the most authentic Japanese bathing experience outside of Japan. Every staff member greeted us warmly, making us feel at home. The koi pond view added so much to the peaceful vibe.

The hotel was very good and I really enjoyed my stay. The location was quiet and peaceful, but it was still easy to reach everything by Grab, which made it very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. In my case it only had a bathtub with a shower and no separate standing shower, which was a little inconvenient for me. The food in the restaurant was excellent with great quality and taste. The wellness facilities were also very good and added a lot to the experience. The service from the staff was outstanding. They were always friendly, helpful and professional, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
