Best possible location! Ice rink right outside as well as the beautifully lit walk zone straight to the concert stage and cathedral (giant Christmas tree and ferris wheel)! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool and sauna were an added bonus. Breakfast was great! Will definitely stay again!
The room is extremely spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast selection is abundant, offering a wide variety of options to start your day. For relaxation, you can enjoy the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its excellent amenities and exceptional service.
The hotel is very well situated and we had a view into the distance from our room. The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok but the pool was very disappointing - it’s indoor and very cold. We paid 145€ for a room for 3 which I think is extremely overpriced for the quality of the of air conditioning and general condition of the hotel. Trying to say we didn’t stay there or that the prices are wrong is very dishonest - screenshots are included. If you feel we have been overcharged - which I would agree with, we would happily accept a partial refund
