The overall stay was good, but there are some points to improve. The food is ex excellent! Both veraity and freshness. One of the best hotel breakfasts I had. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation, but it looked really good, with an amazing view of the Bahai gardens. We stayed at a studio room with a hot tub, that was very spacious and looks good, but we had some leakage problem from the tub. We asked to fix it, but nobody came for the whole stay duration. In general, the employees really tried their best to accommodate all of our needs, but if felt we need to check up on things several times until it happened.

Amazing hotel and staff, breakfast is superb with a variety of nicely displayed food. Room with a very cozy decoration. Every corner of the hotel is spotless. Great area with nice restaurants nearby. The terrace is magic. The atmosphere is relaxed. I truly recommend either for vacation or business.

I didn’t end up staying at the hotel, but my impression was shaped entirely by the communication. After booking one of their higher-tier rooms, I received a vague message saying that "due to the situation in Israel," some facilities might not be available. This was concerning, so I reached out for clarification — only to find out that the only closed facility is the pool, and it’s closed due to winter, not the situation. This kind of messaging feels unnecessarily alarming and not transparent. When you're planning to spend over 2,300 shekels for a suite for a night, clear and honest communication matters. I chose to cancel and book elsewhere.
