Lovely resort on the boarder but only staying for 1 night so that I can re-enter Thailand so that I get an extra 30 visa . The place is top notch and very well maintained . Nice pool , a casino and well maintained gardens . Only problem is the location as if you are not a gambler there is nothing to do at nights .
I stayed at the resort several years ago, and I enjoyed the pool, the complementary breakfast, the boardwalk and the garden inside the resort. I didn't care about the casino. Back then, things looked great. It seems a bit more quiet now. The townhomes adjacent to the casino looked neglected. Too bad, because it was well planned. One wonders what it would take to turn things around.
Never stayed here, but we swim sometimes. The staff is very friendly, and the garden is wonderful. Playing in the pool is 100 baht per person, or 4 USD. Go for the baht. Playing in the ocean and exploring the garden is nice and, and we've never been asked for money to do that.
