Kohala Hotel

We had a great 6-nights stay. Note the check-in desk is normally only staffed from 3 p.m to 10 p.m., but they provide a number to call if you need help during other hours. Maybe the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. In the room are a washer and dryer ( with one detergentpod provided daily), microwave oven, kettle, mini refrigerator and a hot plate, along with toiletries, hair dryer, slippers and robes. Two bottles of water are provided daily. Parking is available at extra cost on a space available basis. Another pay parking lot is right next door. It's conveniently located. There is a Lawson convenience store nearly just across the street, and the bus terminal, Ryubo department store, and Kosukai shopping street are only a 5-minute walk away. A great place to stay if you don't need too much help from the staff.

Would highly recommend!! Never traveled over seas. This place had excellent service. Location was very safe. Owner speaks English very well. The room was very clean, spacious and relaxing. There is a microwave oven, mini fridge, washing machine and dryer, and you can also prepare meals in the mini kitchen. Standing shower and tub in each room. Spacious private balcony. Provide towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, pajamas, and slippers. It's a walk from Asahibashi Station, very close. The location is within walking distance of Kokusai Street. There are a couple of restaurants across the streets, but also easy walking distance from many excellent places to eat. Easy taxi ride to the military base and other attractions.
