Koko Hotel Premier Hakata

Excellent location - just a 5-minute walk from the east entrance of Hakata Station and many shops including convenience stores, restaurants, shopping arcades are nearby. My room was clean and cozy. Like many other hotels in Japan, disposable items such as toothbrush, slippers, face cream, etc. have to be obtained at the self-service counter in lobby. Hotel staff were super helpful and could communicate in English with ease. The downside is that cleaning services only place once every three days and pillows are too soft. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Close to Hakata train station, shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores. Rooms are very comfortable. Comforters and pillows are some of the best - had solid sleep every night. Cute lobby has a small play area for toddlers, coloring for kids, and kimono dress up for families. The breakfast buffet has a variety of food and beverages that filled me up for long days of walking and train rides.

This place is different, I’d have to say the location is super amazing as it’s a couple blocks from the station and that’s what really matters. The room was big and the ac was amazing, they had a lot of odd stains and the pillows I had did smell. The bathroom was okay nothing too amazing. On the plus side they did have a shampoo bar 😂. All the Amenities are downstairs, like tooth brush, toothpaste, wash cloths etc. so don’t forget to grab some! Also water is given out one time at check in, and they only change towels everyday, cleaning your room is every 3 days.
