Kokonut Suites

Rooms are good , location is excellent near to all stores , cafe , pubs and bars . Staff is very polite, generous, helpful. Only draw back was the washroom fittings like showers and toilets jets which were not functioning properly if they can be repaired or changed it will be even better. Good place to stay with your family.

Overall, good customer service BUT can be improved. I was assigned room 1103 during my stay. It was pleasant despite several occasions, there were disturbances from creepy crawlies, first it was a big spider in the bathroom, next encounter was a lizard, wherein I had to call the reception requesting for assistance to remove the uninvited guest from the bathroom. Seems that the standard of maintenance has dropped drastically since the last that I stayed at Kokonut Suites. All in all, a pleasant stay BUT really hope that the Kokonut Suites team will improve on the maintenance because place looks worn out, especially room I was assigned. P.S.: Please make consideration as well to manage the garden so it doesn't look untamed.

I stayed at 4 different rooms here. The place is slowly falling apart, but it was well-designed by whoever set it up originally. In a few years it will become unacceptable, because they refuse to spend money on maintenance. Some rooms are already unacceptable. Some examples: The gym is officially closed "for maintenance", but you shouldn't expect it to ever open again. Every room had broken items (AC unit, toilet not cleaned properly, damaged bathtub, most blinds are broken or damaged, etc). I stayed there for a few weeks because of the decent location and the spacious rooms. It's usually quiet too.
