This is not worth a four star hotel, IT SHOULD DESERVED A 5 STAR HOTEL!!! In the lobby they served a coffee shop and also serve coffee beans from starbucks which is cool, you could grab a welcome drink from the rooftop at the rooftop floor, the rooms are quite spacious. The staffs were very friendly which it makes this rating higher, and there is other facilities like swimming pool,kids club, and etc, the breakfast has a lot of indonesian foods but less international foods but i still liked it! We got a view from mountains and many crops which i liked it. Amazing Kokoon hotel, 5/5 overall rating
Stay in here for 2 nights, they provide king size bed as requested. The frontier was really helpful during stay. I love the minimalist interior and they provide excellent amenities. The concierge also very helpful when I have to cross the road to try local food. Tried the bbq all you can eat, the price quite affordable. But the meats they served no longer warm. The ambience during dinner buffet was good, there’s live music also shisha with affordable price too. The hotel located in the city, near to park also if you wanna go south it only took 1 hour. I would love to back here again.
Really feels like an upper class hotel in big cities. Amazing view to the forest behind. Service was great. The room was very clean and proper.
