We found a deal on Expedia for around $40 and loved our stay here. Free breakfast is included with Western and Asian options. Unfortunately, we woke up too late to try the omelettes, which based on the set up looked like a chef was making individually. Wifi and AC (indispensable) worked very well, it was very clean with very minimalist decor, and you got to enjoy the SkyBar. They have public computers in the lobby that you can use to print boarding passes or other documents for free (up to 5 pages) and they were able to keep our luggage for us even after we checked out while we explored the city as well as arranging for a taxi to take us to the airport.

This hotel is very well located. It is very close to the major attractions of the city. The rooms are quite frugal as far as facilities are concerned. The breakfast spread was ok. Perhaps for the price we paid we were expecting too much. One major discomfort was carrying the luggage over the steps leading to the lift. The hotel should consider providing a ramp.

I booked through Agoda which seemed to not go through so they were scrambling to find me a room. Night staff & bellboy were nice, morning staff was not as friendly. Room was clean, rainfall shower & had good room service from the rooftop restaurant (do not order a smoothie though, it tasted like it had expired dairy). Bed was comfortable but pillows were hard as a rock. Worked for the one night I was there before leaving Cambodia but wasn't my favorite.
