Our two-day stay at Komaneka at Keramas Beach was nothing short of extraordinary, giving us a perfect taste of the exceptional hospitality and beauty this hotel offers. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique entrance framed by lush rice fields, leading to the hotel’s stunning location on the Indian Ocean, with its striking black shiny sand and volcanic stones. The setting alone made our stay unforgettable. The rooms at Komaneka are a masterpiece of design, with a unique blend of modern elegance and Balinese charm. Our villa, complete with a private swimming pool that opens directly onto the ocean, felt like a private paradise. The view was breathtaking, and the experience of waking up to the sound of waves was pure bliss. The overall experience was flawless—room service was prompt, professional, and the rooms were impeccably clean, ensuring maximum comfort throughout our stay. The food experience was a highlight. The breakfast, served in the stunning wooden architecture of the oceanfront restaurant, was delightful. The croissants and brioches were fresh, flaky, and simply divine, perfectly complemented by the serene ocean view. We were warmly welcomed with bottles of mineral water and the most delicious cookies we’ve ever tasted—hands down the best in our lives! The complimentary tea time at 4 or 5 p.m. was a peaceful touch, offering a moment of tranquility with delicious treats that added to the charm of our stay. While we didn’t try the yoga course, the facilities looked high-end and inviting, suggesting a premium experience for those who partake. The staff at Komaneka were exceptional—every employee was respectful, helpful, and always greeted us with warm smiles. We frequently called for the buggy shuttle, and they responded promptly without ever complaining, making us feel truly valued as guests. Their kindness and professionalism were remarkable. As Muslims, we were deeply touched by the warmth and understanding of the Hindu staff and the local Balinese community. They respected our culture, ensuring all our meals were halal, which made us feel so cared for. The drivers were equally impressive, displaying utmost respect by stepping out of the car to open the doors for us and maintaining a courteous demeanor at all times. Their hospitality reflected the rich Balinese culture, which left a lasting impression on us. Our short trip to Bali was absolutely worth it, and Komaneka at Keramas Beach made it truly special. We’re already planning our return and will definitely choose Komaneka again. We wholeheartedly recommend this incredible hotel to our relatives, friends, and anyone visiting Bali. The villas are incredibly spacious, and the ones with private pools and ocean views are absolutely breathtaking.
