Komaneka at Monkey Forest Ubud

My family of 4 with 2 little ones (4 year and 9 months) stayed here for 5 nights - our first time in Bali. Small things like taking the time to know our names and morning coffee with our names on the first day really made it feel special. The front desk staff - Ade, Dani, and every single staff ( apologies I forgot the names!) were amazing! They ask our plans for the day and gave us recommendations which were so helpful. They truly care. BBQ dinner on the weekend was intimate with entertaining cultural dance and good food. The kitchen staff were super engaging with the kids and even offering to look after my little ones while I enjoyed my dinner. It truly felt like home. The location is very central to Ubud markets. Very clean rooms, nice pool area, peaceful atmosphere, amazing food and most of all exceptional staff. Definitely staying here on our next visit.

This is a truly exceptional property. We stayed in a villa and it was superb. Every detail was 5 star. The hotel goes above and beyond to personalize your service: all the staff know you by name, know your preferences, and do everything in their power to make you happy. We have stayed in many 5 star properties around the world and the service and amenities in this small hotel would rival any of them. You can't go wrong staying here. Finally, it's a great location to explore Ubud itself! On the main road, near all the cafes and restaurants and shops, but tucked away in silence. We'll be back one day!

The staff over here is really good, and the service is amazing. However, the property is not the best. It was raining over here and the place outside our room. Had a small swimming pool already available for us. Basically, there was water aggregation outside our room The team was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. However, there was a lot of noise also outside our room which was told to us on the first day. However, on the second day, we were expecting the team to change the room, but it did not happen.
