We had an amazing stay during our six nights there. One of the pools was under refurbishment, but they have another pool that offers a stunning view of the valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure all our needs and wants were fully accommodated. I will definitely stay at Komaneka at Tanggayuda again on my next vacation and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and peaceful atmosphere. I cannot thank the staff enough for the exceptional service provided during our stay.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I had such a lovely and memorable stay at this beautiful retreat villa! Although the hotel driver didn’t show up on time, it didn’t dampen our mood, we simply booked a Grab and made our way there. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready by 1pm and we were allowed to check in early. The first room had a slight odor we couldn’t identify, but the staff quickly took the initiative to show us alternative rooms and allowed us to switch without hesitation. To top it off, they surprised us with a beautiful anniversary bouquet—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched me. Their staff remembers our name too which is really warm to us. Throughout our stay, the team consistently showed they were committed to making things right and delivering an exceptional experience. Every staff member we encountered was warm, patient, and friendly. Room service was impressively fast, whether we needed assistance or ordered food. The villa is spotless, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. I honestly enjoyed it so much more than my previous stay in Ubud. Thank you for such a wonderful retreat—keep up the amazing work!
There is a cooking class in the hotel’s kitchen, which is really an excellent experience! The chef will introduce different Balinese spices in the garden that will be used in the cooking. Really recommend trying the cooking class if you stay here! You will know much more about traditional Balinese food after the class😋
