Kometa Hotel

For the money, the hotel is fully adequate. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They opened a whole restaurant so we could sit and relax in the evening and smoke our hookah. Everything was clean, the bed was luxurious and comfortable. Everything you need is available in the room: towel, robe (even if not the softest), shampoo, gel, brush and paste. Hair dryer. An iron is kindly provided upon request. One minus is not always hot water. But I won’t reduce the score for this. If I'm in Kaluga, I'll definitely stay there.

Everything would be fine, if not for the administrator Valentina, very incompetent and rude, had to go to another hotel, only because of such personnel... We asked for additional glasses, but for some unknown reason they refused us, the refrigerator does not work. We asked for help to cancel the reservation, to which we received the answer, I do not understand your sites, cancel it yourself! Although before this we were more than once in this hotel and always another administrator helped with everything and eliminated some shortcomings and communicated kindly. I think that the administrator is the face of the hotel and to meet with such a face, and with such answers, as if we asked to spend the night at her home for free, is simply disrespectful. I ask the management to take a closer look at this administrator and think whether it is worth losing guests because of such service.

Смешанные чувства. Выбрала этот отель, потому что рассчитывала сходить в баню. Оказалось, что ее нужно сильно заранее бронировать. На сайте и на букинге указано, что это часть сервиса гостиницы. Была расстроена. Зачем писать про спа, если никакого спа в помине. Было бы лучше честно написать, что это отдельное заведение, которое нужно бронировать отдельно. За час раннего заселения взяли дополнительные деньги. Номер был плохо убран (пыльная тумбочка, грязное покрывало). Кровати разного размера. Матрас отличный, спать было удобно. Подушка как везде отвратительная. Принесли халат, которого не хватало, и бокалы под шампанское. Дату в паспорте (у меня был ДР) не заметили или проигнорировали. Место на отшибе, магазина рядом нет, а в гостинице даже кулера с водой нет. В номере была одна маленькая бутылочка воды. Самое забавное: двери в номера не закрываются. Совсем. И да, до центра из Кометы - только на такси. Зато вид на город с высокого берега Оки красивый.
