Konak Park Hotel

We were very pleased with the hotel we stayed in. The service was high quality. Customer satisfaction was really attentive to Alalkaya Esinle. If we wanted to come again, we would prefer Konak Park. Especially the service employee Cigdem Hanım was a perfect person with her attentiveness, Alka service and everything. We always want to see her in Konak Park when we come. Thank you Çigdem Hanım.

Not recommended. They said they’d give us neighboring rooms for the kids and they ended up giving us 2 rooms in 2 different sectors on the same floor. We made a complaint to the reception and they kept telling us that’s all they had. After going back and fourth for hours, they gave us 2 connected rooms (they originally said they didn’t have connected rooms, which is why we asked for neighboring rooms instead). Overall, the customer service is bad. The rooms aren’t too clean either.

This hotel stay was the worst experience ever. Starting by the staff which did not even greet us or bothered to help us with parking and luggage. The room looked like it was never cleaned and everything was dirty. Ac not working properly and makes very loud noise that made it impossible for us to sleep. Not to mentioned the dirty sheets which caused us our body to itch like crazy. Based on other reviews, we skipped the breakfast.
