Very good hotel … clean and comfortable .. the staff are very kind and cooperative ( Caner , Metin , Üğüzhan , Elif , Nida … etc..) The breakfast is good (variety ,,, open buffet ) Enjoyable stay … Recommended 🌺

The hotel is clean and quite. But service is ok. No one helped me with my bags at check out.

The hotel is so dirty !! Although, the service is good and they have free wifi 👍🏼 The toilet has half roll of tissue we asked for more but they didn’t give us, the room has no box of tissue The towels has hair and stains Bedsheets are not clean The coffee cups are broken and i think are glued ? 🤷🏻‍♀️ idk the handle is weird The shower head handle is broken.. and the shower flooring has black dirts in the corner There is a closet but with no hangers 👎🏼 The hotel elevator stinks 😷 (((I don’t know is it me or what🤷🏻‍♀️ .. but at night when we turned off the light, i felt the bed moving then we turned the light on and it were suddenly closed again !!!! i told my family and they told me they also saw the side table moving a bit 👻 i started crying and kept the light on till the morning ))) الأوتيل وصخ وصخ وصخ والأصنصير ريحته تقرف مع أن الخدمة كويسة وموفرين واي فاي مجاني، بس الغرفة والشراشف وصخه، المناشف عليها بقع وشعر💔، وكوب القهوة مكسوره يده وأتوقع ملزقينه بلزق عادي 👎🏼 الحمام مافيه الا نصصصص رول منديل بسسسس متخيلين !!! طلبنا زياده ولا عطونا وحتى الغرفة مافيها علبة مناديل 🤣 أرضية الشاور فيها بقع سوداء 😷 والشاور نفسه مكسور في دولاب ملابس لكن مافي علاقات هههه 🤷🏻‍♀️ يعني بالنهاية الي بتدفعونه بتشوفونه (بم إنه مكان رخيص) ((ما أدري هو أنا موسوسة هذاك اليوم ولا إيش بس كانت الغرفة غربيه، لما جيت انام حسيت السرير دفني من تحت !! قمت فجأة وفتحت الأنوار من الخوف.. وتسكرت الأنوار من نفسها !!! قمت صرخت وقومت كل اهلي بالغرفتين👻، كان معي اخواني الصغار بنفس الغرفة واحد منهم خليته ينام بالسرير الي اندفيت فيه وتخيلوا ما قدر يناااام قعد يقول اف اف جسمي يحكني وقعد يحك بطريقة غريبه 😭😭😭 هنا صدق حسيت في شي وشغلت الانوار وقعدنا بالنور طول الليل 💔، المهم لما طلعنا من الاوتيل اليوم الي بعده احد من عائلتي الكبار الي معي بالغرفة قالي ريم ترا بالليل شفت الكمدينة تحركت!!! بس ما حب يخوفني، لأني كنت أصيح 😂🤭! والللللله أعلم💔💔))
