KOOS Hotel&Apartments

Hotel was great location, having 2 rooms was ideal for family of 4, second bed was already made up when we arrived, extra towels and pillows provided upon request. Washer in room was key as we packed light. There’s two central dryers or a hanging line in the shower that retracts which was very convenient. Our 2 room apt had adequate closet storage/hangars. The kitchenette was very handy for a second sink but also storing leftovers/snacks. Staff were all very friendly. The AC was not as strong as we’re used to but was fine, widows all open and it was cooler on our visit.

This hotel is a great location! Easy walk from our train stop, once we got there, we did not have to get into a car again. We were able to just walk back-and-forth and hit all of the great spots in Munich.

Overall the hotel was very nice. It was clean and it was cool that you could use their website to control aspects of your room and request service. The rooms were very comfy and it was a great place to stay with our family. The service overall was quite good, the only negative was that when we needed to visit a doctor we were given directions to the wrong place which caused some confusion. Despite that, so far it has been the favorite hotel that we've stayed in in Germany. It is very well situated close to the Town center, and many attractions are within easy walking distance or with easy access via tram or subway.
