I visited the place only for a few hours on a event. The staff is nice, it looks clean and tidy. There’s a place for children. The swimming pool looks great and has a children area, too. In the back of the hotel there is a big trees and natural shade.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. We were given a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was well-maintained and comfortable. However, this hotel has visible mould issues, and we occasionally noticed an unpleasant mould stench in our room. Room service was excellent; towels and bed sheets were changed on a regular basis, and the ladies cleaned properly, unlike in other Bulgarian hotels. The food at the restaurant was simply amazing. The dishes were simple but very tasty. They also baked their own cakes and biscuits. Every time there were fruits and varied salads. Ice cream served in the afternoon was also of high quality. The ladies working in the restaurant did an outstanding job with a smile. During our stay, the hotel accommodated a large group of kids (3 buses). As you can imagine, this situation took away our relaxation time. On top of that, they organise birthday parties for people outside the hotel, and kids from the neighbouring lyceum use the hotel’s pool on specific days as well. The pool had set opening hours, but no one was enforcing them. So late at night (after 10 p.m.), there were shouting kids and visitors enjoying themselves swimming in the pool. Because of the above mentioned, I can’t really say that every day I would relax the way I had been expecting while booking this hotel.

"All Inclusive" - Nice Joke , worst kind of food ever seen , 7 days same food for breakfast,lunch,dinner with lowest quality possible / Drinks same thing 50%water50%drink ! Not Worth The Money it cost !
