We stayed there for three nights. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, for them there is never a problem, only solutions! The maintenance staff are very present and efficient, I had a small problem with the door to my room, and I was directly offered to change my room for a better one, I was very satisfied with their responsiveness. I also highly recommend its geographical position, right in the center of Izmir, less than 3 minutes from the shops, 10 minutes from the souk, 10 minutes from the seafront. Clean hotel, varied breakfast, very clean and quiet area. Thanks to all the staff.
Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.
Very friendly staff and very helpful when asked for information. They showed us beautiful places to visit and restaurants recommendations.
