From the dealing of the booking with Julia. To the arrival and stay it was great. She was unaware of our issue of our youngest son being killed. This fact means our eldest son is now having to deal with loneliness. The resort has a great child area which has pool table, air hockey, ps4, xbox and ps5 which are accessible to all, no fee. This made his stay so enjoyable at night. To us this was one of the vital parts. Would stay again. All amenities are maintained. Nice adult only area as well. Thanks
This property exceeded our expectations. A large, clean and well appointed apartment in beautiful grounds. It rained constantly when we were in Coffs Harbour and we didn’t feel at all claustrophobic or unhappy that we ended up spending nearly our entire time indoors. Comfy couch, huge bedroom, access to streaming services (with your own subscriptions) and good wifi. Kitchen was very well appointed with all the necessary equipment and a dishwasher, modern convection oven (which has prompted a purchase when I get home) and cooktop. There is also undercover bbq facilities on the property. The property managers certainly ensure that you have every bit of information you need about the area so you can order food, find local restaurants and go shopping. My only criticism was that the shower leaked quite a bit of water so the mat was constantly soaked. The property is a bit isolated with no restaurants or shops within walking distance (Park Beach Plaza is 5 mins drive and there are courtesy buses to various pubs in the area). The local beach isn’t patrolled. Also trying to get back onto the Pacific Hwy was a bit terrifying at certain times of the day and at night. Overall though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
We went for a weekend family vacation. The name is deceptive. We arrived in the evening and reception was closed. We never received any information about how to collect keys. I had to call the number after arriving to get instructions. Apart from a public bbq and a pool nothing else is available. It should be an airbnb. Rooms didn’t have enough towels or tissues. All electronics are very old and A/c didn’t work to keep the room warm. Upon check out you have to remove used linens from all rooms to keep in the laundry nook which didn’t have enough space. I will not recommend. The only plus is all attractions are within 15min drive.
