Great service, very clean, great amenities and lots of variety at breakfast/dinner. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived very late and they had a prepared a full plate of food for us, since we'd missed dinner. That was very thoughtful and a perfect example of the great service offered here.

Serious Child Safety Concern - NOT EU compliant I recently stayed at Kos Palace hotel in Kos, Greece, booked through TUI in Junw 2025, and encountered a serious child safety issue that left me deeply concerned and disappointed. The balcony in our room had a large gap—wide enough for a toddler to slip through. We only discovered this when our 2-year-old son wandered to that side while playing. It was an extremely distressing moment. We immediately pulled him back and decided not to use the balcony for the rest of our stay, limiting the comfort of our holiday significantly. I reported this issue to the hotel during our stay, and there was even a TUI representative on-site whom we couldn't wait for due to our toddler's schedule. I formally submitted the complaint via my phone before checkout. Despite this, TUI later blamed me for reporting it "too late" and refused to take any responsibility—even though they acknowledged in writing that the balcony posed a safety risk and said they would fix it during renovations. What’s most disappointing is the dismissive way TUI handled the situation: No urgency in responding (it took nearly a month), No ownership of the fact that a dangerous room was assigned to a family with a toddler, No apology or goodwill gesture, despite me being a loyal customer for over five years. This is not what I expect from a company like TUI, which claims to be family-friendly. I sincerely hope no other family goes through what we did. If you're traveling with young children, please double-check the safety conditions of your room – even when booking with a reputed agency
