Friendly owner! Cleanly rooms. Pretty simple setup but all in all, it was a great stay. Location is also right in the heart of town within walking distance to the beach. I would stay there again.

I stayed here for 7 nights, this is a family run bed and breakfast hotel. The room was very basic, still, a kettle could be nice to have, but yes, not necessary because they have nescafe downstairs, right? But, the worst is, the man at the reception was simply really rude, not helpful...the women staff were talking to me but again, not at all friendly actually and not at all careful to me as a client, for instance, they were very strict about tidying up the breakfast exactly when it is 10.00 am, so l couldnt have a cup of tea if it is 10.05 but the last two days, they deleted the open buffet breakfast they promised and simply gave me a plate they prepared without asking my permission; the reason to do this was, they only had 3 clients! So, l am one of the 3 and thry dont have to keep up their promises anymore?!... for the last, location is not far from the seaside as all the other hotels do, içmeker is a small area to stay, this is not their plus at all...actually there were cheaper hotels around you could find your way much more easily! after all, actually, rudeness is the main issue, l will never ever come back to this hotel as they were such rude and careless and not helpful. But in fact, here is my advice if you really want to come to İçmeler, try to pick up an all inclusive hotel, so you dont have to be abused by the hotels, restaurants, etc as rudeness and ripping off seems a general rule in this region.
