ATTENTION: Hotel denied check-in, no refund provided. Important notice: serious breach of contract and guest rights. I made a confirmed booking at this property in Poland for my parents, who arrived late at night following an international flight. Despite receiving a formal booking confirmation, the property failed to provide the essential access code required to enter the apartment. Upon arrival around 11 pm, my parents were unable to access their room. Although they managed to enter the main building, there was no reception staff present and no further assistance available. Repeated attempts to contact the property by phone were unsuccessful. Consequently, they were forced to spend the entire night at the train station in extremely stressful and unsafe conditions. The following morning, they had an early train at 6 am and still did not encounter any staff or receive any support. When I contacted the property management afterwards, they were uncooperative, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge any responsibility. They even falsely claimed that my booking had not been made via Booking.com, which is entirely incorrect and can be easily proven. Booking.com directed me to resolve the matter directly with the property. In turn, the property referred me to an unknown third party, providing no clear resolution or support. No refund or compensation has been offered to date. This incident caused significant emotional distress and posed serious safety risks to my elderly parents. Such treatment represents a gross violation of guest rights and a fundamental failure to fulfil contractual obligations. I strongly urge all potential guests to avoid this property. They demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and regard for guest welfare. I have retained all evidence, including written correspondence and communication records with the property and Booking.com, to substantiate my claims.
