Lovely room, comfortable queen size bed; large excellent bathroom with excellent products. Tea, coffee and necessary utensils in the kitchenette. Very clean and nice decor. Sofa bed could be improved, friend who slept there claimed it was not very comfortable. Very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Kotel. Highly recommended.
Amazing hotel with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Self check-in was easy and our stylish room was beautifully appointed. From the bath to the kitchenette area to the furnishings (including a Dyson fan), our room has everything we needed. They even left some thoughtful treats and bags for our dog. Great location in Windermere and the whole stay was 5-star from start to finish. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Good location. However no air conditioning and the room is still quite warm with the windows opened. Some bugs as I lived on the first floor. Otherwise a good hotel for the price.
