Kovay Gardens

We toured this property and it is amazing. Have not stayed here but they tell you they have daily cleaning, airport transfers are included in the stay, fishing boats (you pay for gas only), beautiful pools, beach is small and calm (bay not ocean) but clean. They also stated they had a shopping service included where you pay for groceries and they get them (no additional delivery fees). Brunch buffet was good.

We had a great time. Beautiful rooms. Excellent service, even the sales meeting we agreed to for a promo deal wasn’t overly pushy the sales man victor was a pleasure to spend part of the day with walking around the properties. I mean these sales things are never as short as they say but they were never to pushy and everyone was polite and cordial. There job is to sell you in on property and it was hard to keep saying no. lol The hotel staff and bartender Jorge and waiter Luis were very attentive kind and easy to find. I would highly recommend this hotel with the private beaches and no vendors made for a relaxing visit. There is enough space and pool areas to accommodate everyone comfortably. Food was great too. Tons of things to do as far as activities.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I've been trying to cancel my membership agreement with them for well over a year due to some very serious issues, and they've made the entire process impossible. Every email I send gets dismissed, and when I asked for my concerns to be escalated, I was repeatedly stonewalled by their representative Emmanuel, who flat out refused to involve anyone higher up. At this point, it feels clear that they don’t care about addressing or fixing anything, they only care about keeping the money coming. Their sales tactics were high pressured and misleading from the start. I was promised that my existing Arcadia membership would be bought out (a HUGE factor for why I agreed to this to begin with!), but that never happened, leaving me stuck with two financial burdens I can’t afford and can’t use. On top of that, the maintenance fees keep climbing… $865 now and probably higher next year. I haven’t even used the resort once! Given how they’ve handled my situation thus far and their complete disregard for the unethical tactics used to put me in this position, my advice is if you’re considering doing business with Kovay, think twice. They’ll promise you the world to get you to sign, and then leave you stuck with zero help and mounting expenses. Steer clear of this company unless you want endless frustration and regret.
