Kowloon Shangri La

Great value 5 star hotel. The service was impeccable. Great view from the room (Harbour View Room). The buffet breakfast was outstanding, so many great options. The location is very convenient. Some aspects of the hotel are a bit dated, the bathroom for example, but given the price point of this hotel compared to others in the vicinity I think this can be forgiven. Would stay here again.

This hotel's a little bit older but fairly well maintained. The rooms are extremely quiet and the view of the harbor can't be beat. Several restaurants on property and breakfast is a great value. I love staying at Shangri La in mainland China, this is exactly the same.

Very happy with personalised fathers day cards written given to my dad and husband as it falls on fathers day. My family and I were extremely happy with the unexpected free upgrade to suite. It is our first time and we had a great time at the hotel. As we have chosen Seaview rooms, we had a great view. Only downside is that there is no kids playroom which I feel the hotel can work on this part. Nevertheless the staff at the lobby was very nice and attentive to kids and gave my toddler a small car when he was cranky. Staff and service was good. Location is near mtr too which is good. Overall, memorable experience for my family at this hotel.
