Kozi Suites Nairobi Airport

Fantastic place to stay. Very close to the airport. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower temperature was perfect. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially Ian who picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off. Ian was so helpful and made us feel very welcome in Kenya. Receptionist and the bar staff were also very professional and helpful

Delightful from start to finish. Staff was kind and helpful. They took care of us while we were here. Provided our group transportation in the area and back and forth to the airport. Rooms were clean. Pool was great. Restaurant was very nice too. The upstairs terrace restaurant was an excellent place to hang and lounge with friends all while in taking the beautiful views. 100% recommend.

I stayed one night at this hotel for a transit and was not disappointed. The shuttle service (a bit pricey but very reliable) fully met my expectations, both for pickup and drop-off. The driver picked me up as agreed at Terminal 1 of the airport and even showed me our WhatsApp conversation to confirm his identity — which reassured me since I was traveling alone. The ride to the hotel took about 10 minutes. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Big plus for the restaurant: I ordered a vegetarian meal around 11 PM — it was tasty, generous, and very affordable. Thank you for the good veggie options! The next morning, I took the shuttle back at 6 AM and only waited 3–4 minutes. Same driver as the night before — kind and punctual. Minor downside: as mentioned in other reviews, there’s some noise both outside and inside the hotel (construction during the night and noisy plumbing between rooms). Nothing dramatic, but if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. I did, and I slept very well thanks to that.
